THE TEAM AT GALLAGHER LITERARY:
|
Rob Gallagher
President, Literary Manager, Producer, Packager, Financier & Distributor
A decorated military intelligence veteran turned film enthusiast, my career in the industry started with entertainment law, then as a studio acquisitions & development vice president,
later as a literary / packaging agent, and then as a manager / producer overseeing several studio deals for A-list actors.
My last job working for someone was as EVP of GAGA, then the world’s largest independent film finance and distribution company, where I financed films for every major studio.
Known among industry leaders for keen development acumen, I utilized my experience on both sides of the business — as a buyer and a seller — to develop and position properties before taking them to market, with the ultimate goal of seeing them through financing, production and distribution.
